Surrounded by the sights and sounds of the best that nature has to offer. Professionally Landscaped grounds and a wonderful VIEW of Lake Leland! PRIVATE HOT TUB and Private path to the Lake. One King Sized Bedroom with Down Comforter and Pillows. Top of the Line Linens, Satellite TV with Playstation 2, Fireplace, Gas BBQ, Outdoor Fire Pit. Efficiency Kitchen. If you need additional sleeping space for 2 more there is a Queen Sized Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. Can be rented along with Leland Lake House, or independently. Discreetly placed on the property so that privacy is insured.

Amenities:  Activities (on site or nearby): Hike, Swim, Boat, Fish (Don't Forget your License!), RELAX! Shop or Dine in Port Townsend or take any number of Day Trips.

RATES FOR UP TO 4 PERSONS:

Mid September - Mid June (Excluding Major Holidays)...$150.00/Night

Sunrise Cottage and Leland Lake House can be rented together for a discounted rate.

Discounted Rate when renting both together...Low Season $250.00/Night

                                             High Season $350.00/Night

During Summer Season Both MUST Be Rented Together.

$40.00 Cleaning Fee for Sunrise Cottage

10.3% Tax

One Night's Security/Damage Deposit Also Collected (Refundable)
